Sarah is an Unreasonable Mentor.
As Head of Imperial Enterprise Lab at Imperial College London, Sarah lead entrepreneurship education, startup acceleration, and innovation programmes that support more than 2,500 entrepreneurs annually across the UK and internationally. Working with academic, industry, government, and philanthropic partners, she helps shape strategy, build partnerships, and deliver initiatives that drive innovation, venture creation, and economic growth.
Sarah's work includes leading the national expansion of WE Innovate, a flagship accelerator supporting women-led startups across all four nations of the UK, and developing the Commonwealth Startup Fellowship in partnership with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission to support high-growth founders from low- and middle-income countries and delivered in the UK and Ghana.
Sarah is on the Board of Directors for Imperial Global Ghana, helping strengthen collaboration across research, education, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Imperial Enterprise Lab has gained international recognition, including being ranked among the Financial Times’ Europe’s Leading Startup Hubs, while Imperial College London was named Outstanding Entrepreneurial University of the Year.
Sarah is motivated by building entrepreneurial ecosystems, connecting people and ideas, and creating programmes that deliver meaningful impact for individuals, institutions, and society. She has a deep interest in supporting traditionally underrepresented founders.
