Sasha began her career in education as an educator and administrator in Baltimore City Public Schools. After trying (and failing) to start a school, she returned to school for public policy, where she fell deeply into the intersection of evidence and justice in international development. Sasha now works as a portfolio manager at USAID's Development Innovation Ventures (DIV), where she sources, selects and supports a portfolio of phenomenal grantees and their innovative, cost-effective, game-changing interventions around the world.
