Seri Renkin OAM, Entrepreneur, social innovator & seasoned executive. Co-Founder of The Dea Network, Seri is currently building Australia's only independent ecosystem for women wealth stewards: empowering women to explore their relationship with wealth and act with clarity and intention. A recipient of the Order of Australia Medal (OAM), Seri brings 20+ years of Board, CEO and senior leadership experience across impact investing, venture philanthropy, and social finance in organisations that strategically leverage capital for social impact. She is a passionate advocate for gender-smart innovation in family offices, women's economic agency, and gender-lens investing as drivers of systemic change, and she coaches innovative women leaders to recognise their own abilities, navigate strategic challenges, and develop practices to ensure sustainable leadership.
