Shankari is a private equity investor focused on the energy transition and infrastructure. She is a Senior Vice President and founding team member of Orion Infrastructure Capital's Growth Fund and is responsible for origination, due diligence, structuring, execution and management of investments.

Previously, Shankari served as a Director at Unreasonable Group, an investment firm and accelerator. Shankari's role included origination, diligence, exeuction and portfolio advisory for Unreasonable's energy, transport and mobility, agriculture, water, and waste industries.

Prior, Shankari worked in the M&A Advisory group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to assist clients on transactions and operationally capturing value post-deal. Shankari also worked in Strategy Consulting for PwC in Australia focused on infrastructure and energy deals.

Shankari is a Private Sector Delegate to the United Nations on issues of Public Private Partnerships and private investment into the social sector.

She currently resides in New York, but is a proud Aussie with a global background, having lived and worked in the Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America.
