Shannon Hall is CEO of Pow.Bio, a company pioneering biomanufacturing innovation. She has 25 years experience translating technologies into successful applications. Shannon has been instrumental in building platforms, teams, and multi-million dollar businesses. 

Under her stewardship, Pow.Bio is developing an AI-enabled continuous fermentation platform that reduces time to market and achieves market penetrating costs, setting new standards in the field. Before her current role, Shannon was President of the Life Sciences Group at Bio-Rad Labs, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Shannon resides with her family in San Francisco, CA.
