Stacy Conn was named Head of Product Marketing in 2019, where she optimizes our current channels and develops world-class marketing capabilities that seamlessly integrate with our partners’ channels and assets. Most recently, she was the general manager of the American Airlines relationship, responsible for the overall health of the portfolio.
Prior to Barclays, she served as senior director/new markets at NRG Energy. In her role, Stacy partnered with analytics to drive pricing strategies and enhancements to the existing portfolio. She also introduced competitive panels to the business, informing decisions across the organization.
Stacy spent 14 years at JPMorgan Chase earlier in her career, where she held several roles, including general manager of Business Card, working with Chase’s branch network to acquire and retain business card customers.
Also at JPMorgan Chase, Stacy held the position of director consumer product development and managing. Stacy drove the product development of Chase’s reward product Chase Freedom and developed value propositions for partner products including Disney and United Airlines.
Stacy received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
