Since joining Fossil Group in 2014, Steve has transformed the organization’s digital strategy by leading innovations in marketing, eCommerce and smartwatch design to drive profitability and brand heat. As the executive leader of Fossil Groups Brand and category strategy teams, he’s embraced the changing retail landscape to deliver new and often experimental customer experiences both in-store and across digital channels. As a result of these efforts, Steve continues to increase the overall profitability of the Fossil Group business while attracting new audiences.
Prior to joining Fossil Group, Steve served in executive leadership positions at leading global brands, including Converse, Levi’s, Dockers, The Gap and Old Navy. Throughout his career, Steve has led an exceptional range of functional areas with an emphasis on product creation, strategic sales planning and business development.
