He is the Co-founder and CEO of Zero Carbon Food Ltd t/a which introduced the UK's first urban farmed, sustainable, fresh produce brand, Growing Underground.

This business was recognised with the prestigious BBC Food & Farming Awards – Future of Food in 2017. Elected a London Leader in 2014 and named

one of the most influential Londoners in the Evening Standards Progress1000 in 2017, Steven' aims are to bring a sustainable food system to London and beyond.
