I am passionate about building investment businesses that deliver tangible societal or environmental impact.
I have over 20 years of experience in fundraising, product development, investing, and team-building.
I grew up working-class in Milwaukee, worked full-time to pay for university at NYU, and have climbed the 7 Summits including summiting Everest.
I started my career as an intern in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley and worked as an investor at a private equity firm, Rutledge Capital, which was backed by Bill Gates.
I then worked for three investment banks: Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse, where I co-founded two sovereign wealth fund coverage groups.
I then worked for two private equity firms: Crescent Capital, a credit firm, where I co-founded its European direct lending fund; and Coller Capital, a secondary private capital firm, where I sourced investments.
I maintain relationships with or have access to many of the largest limited partner investors in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and the US.
I was named a top 100 finance professional under 40 by Financial News.
