Sundhiraj Sharma

Sunny invests in, and helps grow innovative companies across the globe. He has invested in companies in eight different countries across North America, Europe and Asia. He likes the spaces of Deep-science, Healthcare, Technology, and Financial services. He is based in San Francisco, where he was previously the Head of North American office of Khazanah, a Sovereign Wealth Fund. In that role, he focused on early and growth investments in Technology, Healthcare as well as Consumer/Fintech sectors. In a prior role with Khazanah, he was focused on Buyouts, and based in Asia where he helped create and grow one of Asia’s largest hospital companies. He has served on multiple Company Boards and LP Advisory committees.

Previously he worked as an investment banker at UBS, managed a business unit at Capital One, and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

He has an MBA degree from the Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a Masters from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors and Masters from IIT Delhi (India).
