A pioneering thought leader on impact investing, Tami Kesselman is a Harvard-trained strategist and former Bain consultant working at the intersection of the highest levels of business, nonprofit and government, including serving as chair for the Capital Markets Leadership Roundtable at the United Nations and as strategy advisor to multiple big data, blockchain, and blended capital initiatives globally.
Known for her proprietary diligence framework, InvestingSMART, Tami frequently advises asset managers, investors and entrepreneurs on specific changes to diligence filters to improve their results as they are increasingly being tasked with simultaneously meeting financial and impact targets. She also lectures on the topic at Harvard Business School and at conferences for business audiences around the world.
Often tapped for her ability to intuitively connect multiple perspectives, across sectors and intergenerationally, Tami is on the NEXUS Impact Investing Steering Committee, an ‘Investable Solutions’ track lead for SOCAP/Good Capital Project, President of Harvard Alumni in Social Impact & Investing for Good, and a member of the Harvard Kennedy School’s global alumni Board of Directors.
