She has worked with C-level executives across North America, Europe and Asia to deliver multi-million-dollar business impact and a profitable book of business. She believes in building diverse and inclusive teams to deliver high performance and have had the opportunity to develop global teams in Accenture with 100+ practitioners with multiple levels of leadership.

At present, she leads Accenture’s Human Potential Applied Intelligence practice globally. In this role, she works primarily in the space of AI for Change Management, Future of Work, HR and Talent transformation. Her role requires her to engage with C-levels at clients across several industries and geographies to understand their business problem and help in their transformation journey.
