Tanya Boyko is a principal with ArcTern Ventures, a Toronto-based $200m fund with offices in San Francisco and Oslo investing in breakthrough early growth stage startups addressing climate change and sustainability. She brings a decade of experience across investing, early stage startup operations, management consulting and engineering.

Previously, she was on the executive team at a shared ridehailing fleet startup (Autzu), and prior to this, was at McKinsey where she led consulting teams on strategy, due diligence, and operational improvement projects across fast growth tech, consumer and industrial sectors. Earlier in her career, she was an engineer and investor into public infrastructure (Meridiam Infrastructure, WSP, Hatch).

Tanya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BASc in civil and environmental engineering from University of Toronto.
