Thomas Marino is a Managing Director in the Senior Relationship Management team at Barclays.  He is responsible for partnering with all divisions across the firm to deliver the full suite of products and services to Barclays largest strategic clients.  He joined Barclays from Lehman in 2008, where he worked for over 28 years in various roles, including Global Head of Recruiting and Programs; Co-Head of Global Equity Sales and Co-Head of Equities, Europe.  Thomas joined the Equity Capital Group at Lehman Brothers in 1982.  He received a BS degree in Applied Economics from Cornell University in 1978.  He recently served as Chairman of the Advisory Board to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, is a member of the Cornell University Council and serves on the Athletic Advisory Council at Cornell.  He is a founding Board Member of CityLax, a non-profit organization dedicated to growing the game of Lacrosse in New York City through a Public-Private partnership within the Public School System.
