Tim Littlehales

Tim was in the British Army before qualifying as an accountant. He then built his career consulting around human and human system dynamics, both in some of the largest global, for-profit organisations/transformations, as well as tackling some of the most complex societal challenges. He has worked for the same firm for 27 years, serving as CEO for 10 years, including a sale and buy back. He supports senior leaders, leadership teams and boards lead in service of what they most value. He is also an advisor to the Bridge Institute, a not-for-profit platform providing a method and approach to solving the most intractable societal problems.
