Vicky Coy

Vicky Coy joined the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult in 2014. She is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Research and Disruptive Innovation Directorate's project portfolio. She has over 20 years’ technical and strategic experience in designing and delivering strategic programmes in renewable energy, sustainability and the environment. She works to influence and inform the just transition to a net-zero economy.

Vicky has a deep working knowledge of renewable energy systems including energy storage and hydrogen. She acts as an ambassador for Catapult's programmes and their outputs and impact. Through her work she has built trusted networks of leading developers, industry experts, supply chain players and thought leaders. She works collaboratively with these experts to lead novel, innovative technology demonstration projects. She is skilled in bridging-the-gap between industry, academia, regulators, governmental and non-governmental participants. She works with integrity to achieve partners’ ambitions.
