I’m a mutt. My multi-cultural heritage taught me cultural sensitivity at an early age. The unconscious skill of morphing between cultures developed like a radar over the years. I fully recognise and consciously choose the best cultural fit in a conversation, a negotiation, and in asking the thoughtful question to bring out the best in people. Investing the time to bridge cultural divides is a proven pathway to securing strategic partnerships between corporate, government, and non-profits which ultimately delivers on societal progress, company profits and systemic change. My awareness has contributed to scaling impactful products, services and programs across Asia. I now use my cultural muscle to heal divides.
