Wendy is a Philadelphia-based Principal with Accenture’s Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice. She builds and grows relationships with Accenture’s ecosystem of partners and ventures to develop new offerings, assets, and innovations. She has over a decade of experience helping Fortune 500 clients navigate large-scale transformations through new ways of working and behavior change.
She began her Accenture career in Strategy consulting with a focus on Talent & Organization. Her experience spans a wide range of industries including financial services, consumer products, and hospitality. She has been consistently recognized by her clients and colleagues for architecting and implementing high quality solutions, managing complex projects, and building meaningful and long-lasting professional relationships.
Wendy joined Accenture in June 2010 after receiving her MBA from The Wharton School in Management and Organizational Behavior. She holds a BA, Cum Laude, from University of Pennsylvania in English and Anthropology. She spent the first part of her career accruing a foundation of experience in the fields of HR Consulting, Management, Operations, and Education. She loves exploring nature trails with her husband and two high-energy little boys and she is often found exercising before sunrise.
