Yan has over 20 years of experience in the consumer products and retail industry. She is currently Sr. Vice President of Commercial for Mars Wrigley North America. Prior to Mars, Yan held various leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies including JP Morgan Chase, Target, and Tapestry. Yan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Duke University. She is from Shanghai, China and currently lives in NYC with her husband and their 7 year-old son. Yan is passionate about and committed to building towards a more sustainable and inclusive world, and changing the status quo.
