Yezenia Ramos is the Senior Manager, Employee Engagement North America for the Johnson & Johnson Global Community Impact team. She is responsible for the design and implementation of programs that empower employees to combine their resources and resolve to make a positive and dramatic impact on society. Yezenia is passionate about mentoring and has been involved in Bridge to Employment, a high school mentoring program, for the past two years. She also led the WINGS (Women Investing In and Guiding Students) mentoring program on the Johnson & Johnson side for six years. Yezenia spent 15 years as a finance professional prior to her current role. Yezenia has a B.S. in Business from Cornell University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Management Accountant. She also completed the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility Executive Education Program offered by John Hopkins University and the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers.
