Zem previously founded Ecofabulous, the definitive resource for stylish, sustainable living. A founding & decade-long board member of the Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute, she also founded and chaired the Gorgeous and Green Gala for Global Green where she served on the board for 10 years. 

She is an avid equestrian, a lifelong learner, and a trailblazer in the conscious design world, having been eco-editor of House and Garden, Domino, and 7x7 magazines and executing the Dwell on Design show houses for six years.
