Zoe has spent her twenty year career working at the intersection between education and business, most of which has been at Pearson. Having started out in academic publishing she moved into Higher Education, as Director of New Products for Pearson's major markets outside of the US. Since 2018 she's led initiatives and teams in Workforce Skills, developing upskilling products and services for those in work or looking to join the workforce focusing on the UK and US markets. Her strengths lie in leadership and people development, innovation, practical implementation of strategy and evidence based decision making alongside a passion for the power of diverse, agile teams. She lives near Cambridge in the UK with her partner and two primary school age daughters and when it isn't raining enjoys trying not to kill the plants in her garden.
