ENOUGH is a food-tech ingredient company that passionately believes in fermentation as the most economically viable solution for sustainably feeding a growing global population.

After 3 years of operation which did not meet the initial design, the company concluded in March 2026 to restructure and reduce overhead to provide a runway to assess strategic options. As of June 2026 a range of options (sale, partner, repurpose) are in review.
