GRST (Green, Renewable, Sustainable Technology) has developed a cleaner process for manufacturing lithium-ion batteries, reducing pollution and using components that are easier to recycle. Instead of using toxic solvents and hard-to-recycle materials, GRST utilises a water-soluble binding composite. This allows for the economical recovery and reuse of lithium, cobalt, and nickel at the end of a battery's life, reducing the need for further extraction. They remain committed to improving battery performance while further reducing carbon footprints.
