Moment Energy repurposes EV batteries into commercial-scale battery energy storage that meets non-FEOC/PFE requirements. Working directly with automakers, it builds systems that cost significantly less than new alternatives while meeting the UL safety standards that have kept most second-life batteries out of commercial deployment. With over $100M raised, Moment opened its first megafactory in Vancouver in 2026 in just 6 weeks and is scaling a second facility in Texas to serve rising demand from AI data centers.
