Terraxy is a Saudi-based agritech startup spun out of KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), developing advanced soil technologies for arid regions. Its flagship product, Carbosoil, is the first biochar-based soil amendment engineered specifically to create long-lasting fertility in desert sands. By locking stable carbon into soil, Terraxy improves water and nutrient retention while enabling scalable, climate-positive land restoration.
