Ada is an Unreasonable Fellow. Ada was part of Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific 2021 (Nov).
Ada is a catalyst for change and a recognised leader to drive collaboration in social entrepreneurship and impact-driven initiatives. As CEO of Just Feel, she spearheads a mission to embed compassionate communication in schools, fostering emotional resilience and inclusive communities through whole-school programs that empower students, educators, and families.
A sustainability pioneer, Ada co-founded Urban Spring, where her tenure as CEO established Hong Kong’s first smart water refill network, directly displacing millions of single-use plastic bottles. Her operational rigor ensured the venture’s scalability, creating infrastructure for lasting environmental behavior change. Transitioning seamlessly between sectors, she later served as Deputy CEO of The Women’s Foundation, advancing gender equity through policy reform and youth empowerment initiatives, and before then, as interim COO of an equity crowdfunding platform, optimizing support for startups.
Ada co-founded WYNG 43 Social Investment and holds board roles with Social Value International and Social Value Hong Kong, shaping global frameworks for ethical governance. Ada’s experiences in international finance—spanning 20+ years with institutions across Toronto, Tokyo, and Hong Kong—informs her unique fusion of analytical precision and empathetic leadership. A Certified ESG Analyst, she mentors emerging change-makers while driving collaborations that unite corporations, governments, and communities.
