Brought up by parents that ran their own business, I have always had a passion for entrepreneurship. After a minor detour of 20+ years in the British Army, deploying across the globe, I started Empowering Success in 2015. We are passionate about supporting the development of exceptional leadership, so that you can lead and run exceptional, sustainable, and highly profitable businesses and teams, (without burnout).

Whilst business and leadership coaching is our core, we also love using the 'Awe Effect' to help you develop your business strategy, and resilient decision making. Whether swimming with Orcas in the Arctic, or walking with lions in South Africa, there is nothing like looking an apex predator in the eyes to help focus the mind, and put things in perspective.

In my 'free time', I sit on various advisory councils and am the UK Ambassador and coach/ mentor for the world's first female anti-poaching unit; the Black Mambas.
