Andy built his career at Agility Recovery, a former division of GE, where he led the company through a transition from a traditional field-based sales team to a highly profitable, scalable inside sales organization. He served as Vice President of Agility Labs with responsibility for Sales, Business Development and Channel Sales. In March of 2015, Agility sold to a private equity firm for nearly 18x EBITA.

Andy is a currently a partner with Unthinkable Ventures, an agency that focuses on sales first marketing. He is also a partner in Do Good Faster, a company focused on funding corporate sustainability programs with forensic accounting.

He has a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Colorado and lives in Barcelona, Spain with his wife and son.
