I’m a builder at heart, a founder, operator, and transformation leader who thrives on turning ambitious visions into high-impact, global businesses. Over the past two decades, I’ve led companies from zero to multi-market leaders, navigated complex macro environments, secured strategic funding, and built world-class teams across product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations.
My career has spanned Silicon Valley, Asia Pacific, and the U.S., moving seamlessly between fast-moving startups and billion-dollar tech acquisitions. The common thread: driving transformational growth — whether turning around underperforming businesses, pioneering new go-to-market models, or unlocking value through AI, SaaS, and enterprise innovation.
Known as the “turnaround girl,” I’ve transformed struggling teams and business units into engines of growth. I thrive in high-stakes, high-change environments where strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and cultural alignment determine whether a business merely survives or becomes a category leader.
While I’m embarking on frontier AI ventures, today, alongside my board roles, I advise AI-native companies, high-growth ventures, and transformation-stage enterprises on scaling, culture, and modern leadership.
Whether disrupting myself, tinkering with new ideas, shaping strategy in a boardroom with global executives, or rolling up my sleeves alongside a founder, my focus is the same: turn vision into traction — and traction into sustained growth. I build organizations that are not only commercially successful, but resilient, relevant, and impossible to ignore.
I’m equally committed to mentoring founders, championing women in tech, and shaping the next generation of leaders. Because true leadership isn’t just about building companies, it’s about paying it forward and creating a cascading impact that inspires, sustains, and empowers others to do the same.
