Ardhendu is an Unreasonable Mentor. Ardhendu was part of Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific 2021 (Jun), and has advised over 14 Unreasonable companies.
Ardhendu is a trainer, consultant, and executive mentor with rich industrial and academic experience. He is a Partner at Zurich-based Management Alignment Partners and has co-founded Koinvent Business Solution. His expertise is in the topics related to innovation, technology planning, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, etc. He is a guest faculty at MIT, USA, and Skoltech, Moscow.
He has previously held senior technology and organizational roles with Airbus, and GE in R&D, product development, and innovation. Prior to GE, he worked at the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), Chennai. Ardhendu has rich academic research experience in the field of ocean energy exploitation and underwater sensing. He holds international patents and has authored several publications in journals and conferences. 
Ardhendu has done his Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island, USA, and his Master's from IIT- Madras. He is a Distinguished Alumnus of the College of Engineering, Pune. In his spare time, he loves to paint, read, travel and code.
