Darshan began his career as a teenager, when he started his first not-for-profit, Friends' Society, building network of youth across India for enabling social change. Since then, Darshan has launched 3 independent ventures, and at least a dozen social impact initiatives. With more than two decades of experience, Darshan today leads an impact consulting firm - TBL Consultancy Services, focussed on helping HNWIs and Corporates achieve Triple Bottom Line (TBL) Impact.
