Esther is an Unreasonable Mentor. Esther has participated in 2 programs, including Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific 2021 (Nov), and has advised over 27 Unreasonable companies.
Esther has helped businesses and organisations to innovate and transform digitally and culturally for almost two decades. She joined Fjord London four years ago but has recently moved with her wife and her vinyl collection to the city of love, running Fjord Paris as the group design director over there and, leading service and business design for Accenture Interactive France.
Her passion for changing people's lives through design has been with her since she was a child. She solves problems that affect usability and sustainability, creating products, services and experiences that matter to our community, society and our planet. Winning the prestigious D&AD black pencil award for future innovation in 2020 helping people with extreme disabilities to retain their personality has put visibility on her work with the Scott-Morgan Foundation.
