Jorge is an Unreasonable Mentor.
I am currently the head of Fundación Oller & Franco, our patrimonial family office dedicated to fostering innovative business ventures and focused on sustainable growth.
I have played a key role in establishing several companies, including Havas Tribu, Grupo Tribu, Bosz Digital, Darwin Zone, Campus Tribu, Fusion A/V, and over 15 other enterprises across Central America.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with multinational firms such as McCann-Erickson, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB, and Havas, along with DIPO, a family-owned business with a 60-year history. As a dedicated advocate for Lovemarks, I have given dozens of presentations on the concept.
Under my leadership since 1989, Tribu (today Havas Costa Rica) has received numerous awards at festivals like Cannes, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Clio, Effie, and local events such as Pregonero de Bronce and Festival Volcán, celebrating Costa Rican creativity.
During my chairmanship, the advertising agency association Comunidad has undergone significant transformation and growth. Along with other ventures, I was able to ignite and plant The Openhouse Project.
I have been honored twice with nominations for Businessman of the Year by El Financiero newspaper, in different categories. In 2024 I was honored with the Volcán al Legado, for my lifetime achievements.
I hold a Global MBA from Georgetown University and ESADE Business School in Barcelona, as well as an MBA from INCAE Business School in Costa Rica.
