Marlene has a decade of experience in M&A, venture capital, startup consulting, entrepreneurship, and circular economy.

She started her career in a boutique M&A firm focused on financial institutions in Austria. She then moved into the VC space working with food ventures in DACH region before becoming a partner at Dragon Consulting, which is focused on fundraising for tech ventures. Marlene founded her own consultancy, MindX, in 2019. She is currently on a mission to help companies transition towards a Circular Economy. Additionally, she is the founder of Nature Leaf, a supplements brand in Singapore with the mission to bring better, more natural and more sustainable supplements to consumers in South East Asia.

Marlene has lived in eight countries on four continents and brings a wealth of international experience with her.
