As the Investments and Fund Operations Director at Unreasonable, Naomi onboards our investments, leads in structuring our investment vehicles, fund operations, portfolio management & reporting, and drives value across our portfolio companies - post investment, to support founders' and their teams' success from a strategic and commercial standpoint.

Naomi has over 10 years of experience in various project management roles delivering management and business development advisory services for SME development interventions, supporting businesses in various aspects of their investments and operations across sectors; as well as serving as a catalyst for successful start-up and ongoing investment readiness and technical assistance support programs for SMEs and startups in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has managed a European Union Trust Fund Project supporting SME development while working with Danish Refugee Council, delivered and managed an IFC/UNDP SME development programme (ATMS programme) implemented across Africa while working with African Management Services Company (AMSCO); as well as, managed private sector engagement programmes during the same period.

She is passionate about working with and supporting entrepreneurs and businesses - that are not only tackling world's most pressing issues, but also creating large scale sustainable social and environmental impact as a result of their commercial success - through connecting them to opportunities and resources that are most important for their growth.
