Naomi Muendo

Naomi is the Director of Investments and Fund Operations at Unreasonable Group, where she leads end to end execution of Unreasonable Syndicate’s SPV investments - including SPV structuring, fund administration, investor onboarding, capital activity, regulatory compliance, investor reporting, and post-investment portfolio management.

Since joining Unreasonable, she has led the successful structuring and closing of 18+ venture deals, and supports management of Unreasonable Syndicate’s global portfolio of 20+ investee companies, representing over $13M in assets under management.

Before joining Unreasonable Group, Naomi spent over a decade across the investment and enterprise building ecosystem, managing SME development programs, investment readiness portfolios, technical assistance facilities, and donor-funded enterprise projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, in partnership with DFIs, governments, investors, financial institutions, and international development organisations

She is passionate about working with and supporting entrepreneurs and businesses - that are not only tackling world's most pressing issues, but also creating large scale sustainable social and environmental impact as a result of their commercial success - through connecting them to opportunities and resources that are most important for their growth.
