With over 16 years of experience in finance and advisory, Pauline is a KPMG-qualified Chartered Accountant and fractional CFO. Her experience spans financial services (Citi and Lend Lease Funds), consumer (Christian Dior and Sisley Paris), energy (Chevron) and media (BBDO).

Pauline has a unique perspective on operating and commercialising businesses, having led start-ups, SMEs and listed conglomerates across APAC, North America and the UK. She is skilled in fundraising, strategy, operations, investor relations, financial modelling, building & scaling, audit and risk advisory ERP and 3PL implementation.

With her current focus on start-ups, she has helped Seed to Series B businesses scale and grow.
