Rachel leads the UK & Europe Unreasonable Impact programme at Barclays, supporting participants throughout the accelerator and beyond. She has a strong network across the bank and can offer connections as well as creative solutions to problems.

Rachel is a seasoned communications and engagement professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has spent most of her career leading and delivering high-profile communications and campaigns, and large-scale events around the world. Prior to communications, Rachel worked in analytical roles including as a financial analyst at a Canadian bank and as an economic analyst for the UK Government.
