Rob has co-founded numerous companies including global marketing agencies and organizational design consultancies where he advised top executives at the largest and most iconic corporations in the world as well as founders of dozens of startups and the heads of various nonprofits. He is an early stage investor in over 50 companies. He has also worked on climate change and has developed and produced numerous media platforms with Al Gore and others. Currently Rob has a resiliency consulting and coaching practice for conscious leaders of large companies as well as for leaders inside multi-billion dollar family enterprises who are all seeking to shift their companies to be forces for good.
