Rupert has spent the last twenty years leading top ranked equity research departments at Morgan Stanley, and most recently Barclays. He works alongside sector specialists with deep knowledge of a huge range of industries, and extensive contacts with both public market institutional investors and public and private companies.

Rupert specialises in creating high performance businesses where human capital is the driver of business success, and has long experience of recruiting and managing talent. He has also built businesses across emerging markets and chaired a leading South African business.
