I began my career as a developer for a global shipping/terminal IT solution provider and expanded to the overseas solution sales.

After 4 years, I wanted to move to the F&B industry where my passion was, so I worked for a premium restaurant reservation platform based in Seoul. I experienced 360 degrees of the food industry of Korea and had chances to network with chefs and industry leaders. While doing it, I got to think about sustainability and got interested in food upcycling and ugly foods. I finally joined Zikooin Company and led the global business development and sales for the plant-based meat brand Unlimeat.
