Shobhita Soor is the founder and CEO of Legendary Foods, a foodtech alternative protein business building Africa's most sustainable, most nutritious and most accessible form of animal protein, protein ingredients and protein products currently based in Ghana. Previously she co-founded Aspire Food Group, the 2013 Hult Prize Winner and currently the world's leader in cricket production globally. She is a SANKALP 2023 Social Entrepreneur Winner, a Forbes 30 under 30 Laureate and a TEDMED Fellow. She holds a BSc in Psychology, LLB, BCL and MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She is passionate about mental health, well-being & fitness.
