Founding partner of Rocket Internet's new ESG investment fund, Global Green Capital (GGC) where is focus is on return generating Nature-based Solutions. Began his career with a business incubator focused on bottom-of-the-pyramid businesses in downtown Johannesburg, South Africa, before spending two years with McKinsey in Belgium doing research on African economies and infrastructure. He then spent a year in Papua New Guinea with McKinsey implementing climate change adaptation projects for GovPNG, before joining Palladium in Singapore to do strategy implementation consulting in Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. He then did his MBA at INSEAD, before cofounding and running Krakakoa, a social FMCG enterprise in Indonesia for three and half years before joining Gojek's commercial team. Before joining GGC, he consulted to a sustainable bamboo foundation and manufacturer in Indonesia.
