Susanne is a sustainability professional with over a decade of experience in the fashion and luxury industry. At CHANEL, she has been responsible leading the company's Sustainable Retail, Renewable Energy and Circular Economy programmes. In addition, Susanne coordinates the company's overall sustainability strategy and governance across three Divisions and five geographic Regions.  Prior to joining CHANEL, Susanne worked with Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), a sustainability member network and consultancy.  She holds a MSc in Management from HEC Paris with a dual specialization in sustainable development and luxury strategy, a diploma in Fashion Design from Parsons Paris, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of British Columbia.
