Tony is Senior Vice President, US & Regional Programs, at FHI 360 where previously he was also Regional Director for Asia and Pacific (2007-17) and Country Director, Nepal (1999-2000). He is a former Vice President and Global Head for HIV, Global Public Health, for Johnson and Johnson (2017-18). Tony has designed, implemented, and evaluated public health and development projects/programs in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America. Tony has worked with international and local governmental and non-governmental organizations supported by USAID and other US Government-funded agencies, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, FCDO, SDC, UNAIDS, World Bank, and GFATM. He holds a Master's in Public Health degree from Emory University and a PhD in International Health and Development from Tulane University. Tony is based in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.
