Vicky's career began in 1999 with Royal Dutch Shell in Malaysia. She has lived and worked internationally. Vicky is the former Global Marketing Director for Downstream Fuels and Mobility businesses. She has been active in decarbonisation of transport, innovation and digital / sustainability corporate ventures. Vicky managed a £1.5bil+ portfolio of commercial real estate and managed capital planning. She is a creative presenter and engaging speaker, delivering addresses for the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) and ‘Future of Transport’ Europe, and sat on the judging panel for Shell’s Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the Year. A champion for the low-carbon economy, Vicky partnered with renowned polar explorer Robert Swan O.B.E. and his son Barney for the ‘South Pole Energy Challenge’ using only renewable energy. She has a deep interest in nurturing talent, leadership coaching and gaining experience in angel investments. She resides in London and enjoys adventures that take her off the beaten track to deserts, glaciers and national parks.
