Vicky's career is in the energy and mobility sectors. She spent 20+ years with (Royal Dutch) Shell and is now an independent consultant, executive coach and occasionally an Angel investor. She has been active in decarbonisation of transport, innovation, digital transformation and sustainability corporate ventures. Her experience is in the Customer/Demand side of energy and mobility. She is a creative presenter and engaging speaker, delivering addresses for the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) and ‘Future of Transport’ Europe, and sat on the judging panel for Shell’s Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the Year. A champion for the low-carbon economy, Vicky partnered with renowned polar explorer Robert Swan O.B.E. and his son Barney for the ‘South Pole Energy Challenge’ using only renewable energy. She has a deep interest in nurturing talent and supporting high-growth companies through angel investments. She resides in London and enjoys adventures that take her off the beaten track to deserts, glaciers and national parks.
