Unreasonable Alchemy

Unreasonable Alchemy partners with multinationals and governments to launch curated programs oriented around solving specific grand challenges. For these intensive programs we bring together a hand-picked portfolio of the best positioned entrepreneurs and technologies in the world (or a specific geographic region) to solve an identified challenge (i.e. be that bringing clean drinking water to the over 700 million people currently without it, closing the global literacy gap, cracking universal financial inclusion across Sub-Saharan Africa, or solving the global youth unemployment crisis). These initiatives drive huge resources into the most effective growth-stage entrepreneurial solutions around the world, and in the process, the programs become R&D engines into the multinationals and governments we partner with.

The Girl Effect Accelerator, run in partnership with Nike, represented our inaugural partnership at Unreasonable Alchemy. Since then, we’ve partnered with Pearson to run Project Literacy Lab, and Barclays to create Unreasonable Impact. Now that this model has been validated, we are gearing up to launch even more initiatives in the years to come — all around solving specific global challenges. Stay tuned…
