Gustavo is graduated in advertising, studied Advertising Design at Istituto Europeo Di Design (Barcelona), MBA at FGV, Certificates in Business Administration at Insper SP, Creating Collaborative Solutions at Harvard Kennedy School, Masters in Leadership and Public Management at CLP and Public Police Programme at University of Oxford.
Gustavo is a Social Impact Entrepreneur by Endeavor Brazil, was elected in 2014 as the most Technological Sustainable Citizen in São Paulo, and is a member of RAPS, a network to improve politics in Brazil and a GovTech Network Member for the World Economic Forum. He believes that through engagement and citizen participation, we can transform politics by giving more power to citizens. Gustavo has been a speaker at more than 100 events about collaborative management in government, including at Harvard and Oxford University, and Abu Dhabi's World Summit Award. Before Colab, Gustavo created five companies and worked in multiple major political campaigns in five states of Brazil.
