Tommy is an Unreasonable Fellow. Tommy was part of Unreasonable GOALS 2018.
Tommy Tjiptadjaja is passionate about solving the world’s problems and bringing about clear social and environmental impact. His past experience includes owner and managing partner of handwoven furniture and fashion brands, an executive of Indonesia’s top conglomerate group, a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group for Asia. After spending 10 years in the U.S. and Europe, Tommy chose to return home to pursue his dream of building Indonesia and Asia, foregoing his permanent residence status abroad. Tommy also actively builds a community of entrepreneurs and business leaders who are committed to doing business with integrity through the Kingdom Entrepreneurship Academy. He received his MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago and spent some time studying development economics at the London School of Economics. Tommy was selected by Real Leaders as a Top 100 Visionary Leader. He is also active in the World Economic Forum as a Schwab Social Entrepreneur and graduated from the Harvard Kennedy School-WEF program on Scaling Up Social Impact for Systemic Change.
