Danny Askew

Photographer & Visual Effects Coordinator
Danny Askew is a multi-talented creative professional based out of Vancouver, BC. His many skills and passions within film and digital media include photography, timelapse, and motion design. In 2009 he graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BA in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Photography and Digital Art. Immediately after, he began working at Barbershop Films, a boutique Vancouver production company renowned for their stunning imagery. While at Barbershop, Danny’s timelapse and VFX work reached a global audience during the 2010 Winter Games. He is thrilled to be once again going global himself while documenting the Unreasonable At Sea journey through his photography and storytelling.
